Steven Adams shores up our interior defense, he's an excellent rebounder, and he has good passing skills for a big man. Some people are saying it was a bad fit and that the lane would be plugged up.
Bledsoe-Ball-Ingram-Zion-Adams
Ball-Holiday-Ingram-Zion-Favors
The Pels were top 10 in three point shooting last year. These two lineups are not different when it comes to three point shooting. There's a reason JJ is our 6th man.
You know what the Pels do need help with? DEFENSE. And Adams help that.
Also small thought, Hayes will be our backup center, but I think him going up against Adams at practice will really help his development.

You add another high quality player that helps your team grow. You lose a lottery protected first that wasn't even yours and 2 seconds. Helps your team win now without mortgaging your future. Steven Adams only makes your team better. And you're giving up nothing.

Not a good fit with Zion, literally zero floor spacing. Adam's will be in the way on the offensive end.

Yeah that isnt selling me.
Hoping there is more to it, otherwise this is a shite deal.
You are spending valuable assets to get a guy you can reproduce 85% in FA at 20% of the price for a team that’s window is 2-4 years from now. A guy that is a horrible fit offensively with Zion.

Yeah I was frantically reading the thread as I got home from back to front thinking we just pulled a coup but I simply got progressively angrier as I started putting together the details.
