Glad our SGOB2B is the Wizards. Every team has a back to back, right? We lucked out in getting that draw.

yep, but it will still be important for the bench to play well in that game. One thing we've seen, in the preseason and against crappy teams, our bench usually plays really well and is the reason we win. The Wizards are basically a G-League team. It would be typical Pelicans fashion to lose a game like that.

I think at this point we have to admit we need to win out. 6-2

5-3 or anything less won’t cut it. Suns and or Spurs will pass as at anything less than 6-2.

Portland is getting the 8 seed.

1:30 to 4:30 today can make or break this playoffs. My guess 34 is the magic win number. Blazers need 3 more wins , Grizz 2 more wins , and spurs/pelicans 5 wins

So what you're saying is that it's lottery pick time?

I still think if we go 6-2 we are in the play in

Anything less and we are done.

I have this feeling some of the better teams are about to start gifting games and make it impossible for the Pels to catch up.

If true it means they are afraid to play us. Which I would take as a compliment. If any team would do that it would be the Lakers

the Lakers are not afraid of playing us. I would say they without a doubt would pick the Blazers as the last team they would want to play of the 5 possible teams vying for the 8 seed, without a doubt. Any normal person would agree.

FYI, if the Spurs make the 8th seed it increases our lottery odds slightly.

Memphis just keeps extending their lead. Ugh.

That last second loss is looming LARGE.

Loss to the Jazz is going to do us in.

That and the 6-23 start

The Jazz just aren't that good. We were up in that entire game and we blew it. Should have won it.

Hopefully they can pull off the comeback today. Looks like re-inserting Gobert is giving them some juice right now.

Perhaps, but if we needed to go 9-1 in the bubble to make the 8th spot I can't really say that making it was realistic.
