This may be a trade where they wait to see if their guy is there at a certain spot before pulling the trigger.

In his defense he also made one of the best trade backs in a long time. We could have Kispert right now instead of Trey. So credit where its due.

People aren't go to like that but theoretically, Queen is a perfect match next to Missi and both guys compliment each other's skill set.
Even if we don't take Queen at 7, I'd imagine they will try hard to trade up from 23 to get him.

Queen would be amazing when Zion isn’t on the court. Which hey, maybe makes him a great pick. I just don’t get it if we are at all serious about moving forward with Zion.

That scenario played out in 2021 with Sengun. Everyone thought Sacramento was going to take him at 9 but they went with Mitchell instead and eventually traded Hali for Sabonis. And Sengun slipped down to 16 and Houston traded in to get him.

Negative. I was one of the few that thought Missi was a good pick. I did want Edey at our spot though.
