But they have a loss in the one game they played the saints this year. And that's what matters.

Given that razor thin margin of victory, you're probably right.

Unfortunately I still see us barely missing the playoffs. West is just too deep and our division is just brutal. If we are in the east we are the 3 seed

Either barely miss or barely 8th seed is my guess

This roster isn't quite there yet, and Monty ain't the answer for a deep playoff kind of team

I'm hoping by about 2016 or so we can get a legit #2 next to Davis and a solid bench and can make some serious noise in the West. Since we have a window that closes by about 2020 to do something with Davis until he inevitably moves to greener large market pastures.

I'm going with 7th seed as we stay relatively healthy and the Rise of the Brow occurs!!!!

Unless we greatly exceed Vegas expectations, then no.

Those folks know a bit about sports and think we will win around 43 games. Will prolly take at least 47 to make the playoffs. But hey that's why they play the game.

In the dome they, and any other team, loses 10/10 times for a primetime game.

The Saints do not lose home primetime games, instead they embarrass the frick out of any team that wants to test them in there.

But as usual, you're wrong and will be wrong about the Pelicans. Pels make the playoffs this year as the 7th seed.

With all of this said, though I doubt we make the playoffs, I still think this will be one of the top 5 most entertaining teams to watch. (Since we have no real hope of winning a championship) As a fan that is really all you can ask for this season.

Only a crazy person makes a prediction, and then post-event claims it was a good prediction based on the results of other universes.

If we stay healthy: Yay

If we don't stay healthy: Nay

Healthy = all starters and Ryno play more than 70 games each.

In others words, no. That is nearly impossible for any team.

Even the Blazers last year didn't get that and they had one of the least games missed due to injury that I can remember in NBA>

They had 4 starters with 82 games, one starter with 69 games, and their sixth man with 74 games.

I think any Pels fan would take that

Apparently to Solo (and many others here I reckon) they weren't healthy enough to make the playoffs if that happened.
