Do half season and 12 game packages come with an online account to manage tickets? If yes, then that should be how tickets are requested, through the online account.
At least that's how it was done for the Saints playoff sale this past season, we had to click a link that needed to be opened from the account.
ETA: This would eliminate the need for a passcode until tickets open to Pelicans Insiders.

Well that’s not true multiple season-ticket holder’s have already posted their tickets got canceled because they had different email addresses than what the pelicans had on file.

Cheapest ticket being $93 is absolutely outrageous. That pretty much confirms this mess is 100% driven by money and sticking it to the fans.

My problem isn’t with the code issue. My problem now is the escalation in prices. The 80% jump is absolutely absurd.

Exactly. Don’t claim you are canceling tickets so the common loyal fan to have access and then jack the price up almost double.
