At this point, given how bad they have fumbled this, I'm fully expecting to see they are turning over all names and addresses for criminal investigation .

Do season ticket holders have access to buy tickets anywhere or only in the section they are in? As in balcony cant buy lower level tickets.

From the original issue to the ridiculous “it’s been a while, we’re rusty” press release to now. Reps not responding STH because they have no idea what to do/say. HUGE clusterfrick. They’re definitely feeling the HEAT on airline right now. One thing is I’d imagine these “new prices” will be for people who aren’t STHs. STH will get their shot at reduced prices

So do Insider Members not get a passcode? The statement says they will be a part of the presale but didn't say anything about them getting a passcode

That whole press release is a lot of words to say what they truly mean - “the general public bought cheaper tickets than we intended. The “new” presale will correct this at double the price”

They have never admitted "we used the same old VERY GUESSABLE password again and again...we are the real reason that this happened. Without this blunder, no average Joes could have gotten the tickets that they were able to get."

Which is just playing the victim. I literally tried to guess the password, ONE TIME...and I was in. It was the same password for the first round too (and apparently they've been using it for years according to another post in this thread). Stupid is your fault, not ours.
