We're all high from the win but I'm still high from meeting Joel first, then Jen as I was sitting down.
Joel is cool as a got damn fan and said that he'd die before leaving the Pelicans. His words were something like "I'd be on the other side of the grass before that happens."
Meeting Joel Meyers will be the epiphany of my Pelicans Fandom.

That’s comforting to hear from him. I watch Pels games on streameast and half the time I’m listening to another teams broadcast team like I was the Wizards tonight. Definitely makes you realize how great Joel is on the broadcast when you’re stuck listening to many other teams crews. Dude is a treasure.

I sat next to Jen about 5 or 6 years ago at a nice restaurant on xmas eve. I didn’t realize I was sitting next to her other than a nice lady that was talking to my 4 year old and 1 year old at the time. She was super nice talking to us and then I realized who she was. Super normal nice lady.

I've never met them but they're passion for the team always seemed to be genuine to me, not just a job for them.
