another easy game to access just like the last one. pels shot a better % from the field, better % from 3, better % from the line and won the rebounding battle. lost why? 13 free throws to 35

The lack of rebounding when Nance is at the 5 is a problem. We never have two good centers in a game. Either JV picked on in the P&R, or Nance allows opponents to get OREBs.
We aren't title contenders with the two centers that we have.

Yep. Easily our biggest problem right now. Teams are figuring it out too. We’re still a top 3-4 team in the West but unless we make a move to figure out defensive rebounding, we probably get put out in the Semifinals

You really can’t blame this loss on the team considering the FT issue.
The Pels are built to go to the line. It is their team strategy. The refs have an overwhelming FT advantage to a team that is built to shoot 3s. The Suns didn’t even have Ayton. The refs ruined a game tonight.
Considering the Pels style of play if they are not getting to the line then you do not expect the other team to get to the line. They should never overwhelmingly lose a FT battle.

BI is a more complete player right now, but Zion is a more dominant player if that makes sense.
For as much as Zion’s effort on defense improved, he still is pretty low IQ on that end, and it’s led to some open 3m’s and offensive boards on that end.
