These dudes are reaching MM levels of insufferable.

Pelicans got back within 3 because of Nance's defense. We won the 4th 30-16. Nance was a team best +14 for the game. JV was a team worst -19.

If we'd closed the game with JV, they'd be whining about Nance not playing.

The point is JV was suppose to me a giant mismatch and we stopped using it. Green hardly every tries to expose other teams weak spots
And we’re on a 10 game losing streak. Being insufferable is justified

The offense has been dead last in over a month. Coaching hasn’t been good enough

The only reason it was a game was because of Larry's defense in the 4th.

Those two have talked themselves into believing Willie has something against JV. They imply it every podcast, but won't come out say what they want to accuse him of.

Its ridiculous to watch that game and your to away be that JV should have taken Larry's 4th quarter minutes. It would have been a Dinwiddie layup line with JV. Instead, he spent the whole 4th taking terrible step back 3s and clanked layups.

Commenting on the last month's offense is fine.

Reflexively complaining about JVs minutes when him being on the bench was a major reason we got back in the game, is disingenuous. We were a horrible ref sequence away from the greatest comeback in franchise history, how are you complaining about the guys that made it happen?

Maybe they don’t understand that point you’re making

Agreed. Is that coaching or players?

Probably both.

We were limping along ok after BI got injured. But when Zion got injured, then the whole team fell off a cliff.

Ref never comes close to looking anywhere but up but he somehow saw BI was out of bounds?

This is why I keep saying that the coaches should get 2 challenges per game. And that they should not lose a challenge unless the challenge was unsuccessful.

The refs can't possibly see everything that happens 100% of the time. It looked like the ball was out of BI's hand before his foot touched down. That (bad?) call might have cost us the game.

IIRC Larry played the end of the 3rd and then all of the 4th. Jv should have been given a few minutes in the 4th to give Larry a break, then let Larry finish the game. Over playing guys is just inviting possible injuries.

This. We are running Nance into the ground. It’s going to bite us in the arse and this month shows the need for a real 3rd big.

I’m surprised Willie didn’t run Nance and Jonas together in the 4th with BI Marshall and CJ

Because Willie doesnt value JV and he slows down the already shite offense currently. Its why we have been mentioned with John Collins and any other rim running big available.

The problem wasn't going to jv in the 4th, it was not going to him more in the first when we had a clear size advantage against their starters.

ain't one of the "y'all" you are referencing, so check yourself, dipshit...

at the end of the day, this team is not as deep and talented as we thought they were, and the chickens are coming home to roost...

Nance played 26 minutes last night and hasn't hit 30 minutes in a game in about 7 weeks.

If he can't handle that workload, it's time to look for new options at the backup C position.
