this game was potentially lost at the end of the 3rd quarter. the lead got to 15 and pop was just about ready to pull the plug on the game having played last night. then we rolled out jj, bled, and hayes. not for a few minutes. but for long enough to completely throw the game

Seems like all of his buckets this season have been on the break, putbacks or some other freak thing where he ends up with the ball by the basket for an easy dunk.

TBF SVG said he didn’t go to the bench enough to give guys rest. Most of us interpreted that as he would go deeper, not simply longer while shrinking the rotation.
Not that I agree, but either he sees something in practice we cant(which is worrying since this is NAW’s second year) or he might be leaning into one of the few knocks I have on him which is he is very risk averse with giving younger guys time unless forced...Which kind of makes Hayes baffling.
