That wasnt ribs, AD got hit in the kidney. Mickey Ward put down a bunch of guys with a left to the same spot. He'll be fine in 30 min.

From my novice observation, it seems like a kidney shot. The worry would be a ruptured kidney which is EXTREMELY painful and would end AD’s season.
But simply getting hit in the kidney is painful too. In that case he’ll shake it off by the time halftime ends
I’d be VERY surprised if he broke a rib, but a bruised rib is possible and probably most desired
Only other option would be ruptured spleen but that’s highly unlikely
