VDN happens to have a better record than any of the guys mentioned in the search thus far. He had 1 losing season in the 5 he's been a head coach (Gentry has had 1 winning season in 12 years as a HC).
You're dead on, the Clippers gave up draft choices and a king's ransom in salary for Doc and all he's done was pretty much match Del Negro's record.

VDN= white guy w three names, people dont even realize he coached in chicago

ed at that. As for VDN, I'm glad we are doing our due diligence. But...damn! I hope this isn't for real. I'm starting to seriously temper my expectations.
