Are you serious? No, he has not. I don't care if he's considered the forward in a 3 guard set, that's only because he's tall. His attributes are speed, quickness, shooting and passing, all of which are traits of a guard.

Stein is the most legit source so far, though. He and Woj are probably the two best. Everything else was bloggers and that one site posted recently said they were considering matching but it wasn't definite.
