[A] Empty War chest and move up in draft and select a transcendent talent. (Ivey)
[B] Jump/ or slide a couple slots to grab a coveted player (Mathurin vs Dieng)
[C] Sit at the 8th pick with intent to groom best available talent (Dyson vs Sharpe)
My desired path would be to draft at 8
[A] Empty War chest and move up in draft and select a transcendent talent. (Ivey)
