Idk how Charlotte agrees to that without 2 first round picks. But maybe Rich Cho went to the same school as Vlade. Getting Kemba at this point would be absolutely incredible.
I have a feeling Demps sees the writing on the wall and is trying to swing for the fences

Isn’t Liggins more of an off the ball guard?

I guess David Aldridge doesn't watch the Pelicans if he came up with this trade and thought it was a good idea

So we give Atlanta one of the top 3 point shooters in the league on a cheap contract with another year on it PLUS Diallo AND a 2nd round pick for a player that is mostly a 3 point shooter and expiring? He says these trades came from his head, I'm wondering if that one came from the Atlanta front office trying to increase Belinelli's value.

What in the actual frick?

LOLOL wow that definitely adds to the sea of terrible Pels trades proposed by the national media.

According to Ronald Tillery of The Commercial Appeal in Memphis, Evans might be on his way to the Celtics.
Not confirmed. But don't be surprised if Tyreke Evans is moved to Boston
-- Ronald Tillery (@CAGrizBeat) January 28, 2018

ESPN’s Brian Windhorst went as far as saying that Evans “definitely gets traded” during this deadline, as the Grizzlies are unlikely to fight for a playoff spot this season with Mike Conley’s season under wraps and no solid core besides Gasol.
quote:
The Grizzlies want a first-round pick for Evans, who is averaging 19.4 points in his healthiest season in three years. Evans would be a wonderful addition to any team that needs a spark-plug scorer who can also shoulder playmaking responsibilities--a team like the Sixers, Pelicans, or Celtics. The asking price might be a bit steep for most teams; Evans is an expiring contract, which would make surrendering a first-rounder a tough pill to swallow.

sounds like more of hypothetical than suggesting that the Pelicans have actually contacted Memphis
also an update on Avery
quote:
according to ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski Monday:
So far, Detroit's asking price for Bradley is significant, league sources said. Bradley is scheduled to become an unrestricted free agent this summer and could command an annual salary in the $20 million range.

Avery Bradley isn't big enough to be a really good SG defender. He'd be great with us as the PG, if Jrue/Cousins are the real point guards of the team, and he can continue to hit 39% from 3.
WIth our luck, we'll resign him long term in the offseason and become a tax team, and he'll slip on the way to the press conference and tear his ACL.
Seeing Bradley and Crowder look so much differently outside of Boston kind of makes you skeptical of them though.

The Clippers and Pistons are engaged in serious talks on a deal centered on All-Star forward Blake Griffin, league sources tell ESPN.

Figures they'd trade that mofo right after he kills us

what on earth is going on? I'm so confused
wonder what they would want for Pat Beverly and/or Lou Williams...

Clippers will continue to pursue packages of young players and picks in talks for DeAndre Jordan and Lou Williams.

Frank Jackson and a 2nd for Lou.
Seems fair.

What would you guys give up for Harrison Barnes?
Posted on 1/30/18 at 7:18 am to Crewz
Asik. Moore. First.
Some small matching salary.
Devin Harris. Tony Allen

What does Barnes contract look like?
Posted on 1/30/18 at 7:23 am to Crewz
Barnes makes too much money. I’m not sure the holes he plugs makes going into the tax as easy to sell to ownership like trading for Kemba would.
Posted on 1/30/18 at 7:26 am to Crewz
Barnes is not worth his contract. He makes $24 million next year and I think the following is a player option for over $25 million. Hard pass.
