Neither is a good look.

He could have been the face of the league once LeBron retired yet he is going to piss it all away pretending to play tough guy.

What did he do illegal? Can he not own or possess a firearm?

If your product is good you don’t need him anyway. And why would you stop doing something because ja morant has a gun and promotes it.

Im not drinking that orange juice cuz Ja has a gun on social media.

What makes you so sure he wont? Brandishing a firearm for shits and gigs?

If he does indeed end up doing so i dont expect you posting here to eat crow.

You made it abundantly clear its no big deal to treat a gun like a toy

So is the gun the problem or the social media

It’s very obvious the problem is this behavior doesn’t play well to sponsors and season ticket holders. Yes a bench player might not get this scrutiny because he might not be high profile enough to catch the attention of the people paying the bills.

Stop acting like this is high hypocrisy, this is business. It’s always been business.

Are you actually reading my post? I said it doesn’t matter if he what he did is legal, if he’s hurting the NBA then they’re going to act on it.

Good for you for not letting celebrities influence you, but that’s not how most people are.

Right this is Part of the my argument
This isn't specific to sports.

People who are more valuable to their employees have and will always have a longer leash than those that aren't as valuable.

I'm not sure why this is a surprise. Hell, there's a good argument that it's not even the wrong way to operate.

Exactly so if it wasn’t on social media who would be talking about it?
I have no clue what you're arguing lol.

If it wasn't on social media, then the issue literally would not exist, but it did so a huge issue exists.

Has anyone here called for him to be arrested or thrown in jail?

Not relevant.

I've fired someone before for shite they've posted on social media that wasn't illegal. So again, what's your point?

I had someone talking bad about our customers and how much she hated her coworkers. That shite can affect our bottomlime, so I fired her. Tell me why that was wrong... Same exact logic applies to Morant.

Exactly he hasn’t broken the law. He can’t be arrested Just like the last incident they found he did nothing wrong but was still suspended. Now this is a similar situation being exculated. Why because he is not acting the way the dollar wants him to act

No one is arguing that.

What you're missing is that people are like that, and therefore this will affect the bottomlime, and thus these companies will take action against him.

So you'd gladly keep an employee if you owned a business that actively tried to affect your business adversely?

You sound like the dumbest employer or business owner of all time. Congrats!

Hard to win an argument when your premise is, "So he's going to get in trouble for costing his employer's money? That's stupid!"
