Why can’t the league just flush this idiot. I am glad the Pelicans don’t have any idiots like Draymond.

i hope every team they play has a player or two that tries to bait him into doing somethign stupid, again, which he will inevitebly do.

He's missed what, 10 games so far?
Then he has to ramp up and they still have to approve his return. So imagine he's gonna miss another week.
1/4 - vs Denver (TNT)
1/5 - vs Detroit
1/7 - vs Toronto
1/10 - vs New Orleans (ABC) *Last home game*
Yeah we're fricked.

Magic retiring Shaq's jersey 28 years after he left for Los Angeles.
Do you think by 2047 AD will have thanked the city of New Orleans?

Never. Shaq left when he was a free agent. AD forced his way out while under contract and sabotaged the Pelicans season and expected the city and fans to be on his side. Big difference. AD is a talented dumbass.

6:30 start time in a CST market is not ideal if you want people in their seats on time.

So what team bails them out this year?
Jovan Buha, the Lakers beat reporter for The Athletic, says that he keeps hearing Zach Lavine and Dejounte Murray as the top Lakers trade targets. He points out that both of them are with Klutch.

I didn't have the Hawks as the bail out the Lakers team for 2024. I find it hard to believe that the best deal they could get for Murray is a Lakers deal. Hell we could beat anything the Lakers offer without having to clear out our warchest.

Wendell Carter Jr. as a Center option? If the good upgrades arent available (Turner, Allen, Markannen), then WCJ could be an interesting option. Is he enough of an upgrade over JV to trade for him? He's been struggling with finding a rhythm after returning from injury (again), and Goga Bitadze has been playing better and seen as a better fit.
WCJ has an excellent contract and has shown versatility with some 3 pt. shooting potential. Downsides- injury history, Jack of all trades sometimes or average at everything?, and probably not available unless for some guard upgrade for Magic.

Every small market team with a top star should curse the name 'Klutch'

Complete meltdown by the Warriors but that was some smothering defense & clutch shooting by the Nuggets in the 4th quarter.

Inside the NBA talking about Western Conference contenders
Didn’t even mention the Pelicans or OKC
Not even to say “I don’t believe in them yet”, just literally no mention
After both teams just beat the #1 team in the West
Disrespect going crazy

Last 4 games, Jokic is shooting 89% from the field, no big deal.
39 for 44, by game it's:
11 for 11
9 for 10
6 for 7
13 for 16

If you get him, it's for a long term play and assuming we won't extend Val, but Jval is better than WCJ.
