No he’ll be a RFA next offseason. You offer a qualifying offer to maintain rights to make him restricted

We shockingly didn't have the usual "Why won't my team give me the max, all they gave me was this shitty qualifying offer" from RFA's this year.

I'm just thinking about our own cap space next year. I know that there's a good chance that our team could look different by the end of the season, but if not, we could bring everyone back by going over the cap to re-sign Favors and Ingram.
