Give me a significantly less talented team than the Hornets right now with significantly more wins.
Anderson is the only legitimate scorer on our team right now. Our other good playrs are 19 year olds.

Yes.

Has Gordon been on the court without my knowledge? I must have missed that.

Projected by whom? Not I and many others on here.

You're right. We aren't a good team.

ya, no one said this...I don't think the media did, most posters on here did not...a few did, but most predicted between 20-40 wins

Yes. If they really wanted to compete this season they wouldn't have traded veterans like Jack to free up minutes for unprepared rookies like Rivers.

By who? I've seen most people predicting mid 30s wins WITH a healthy Gordon. ESPN polled 100 of their writers and the Hornets were projected to be 13th in the West with a 31-51 record. LINK
Again, the problem here seems to be YOU have unrealistic expectations.

Again, your expectations are just arbitrary bullshite. 3 star players is the current NBA model for contending. It took 2 star players and a veteran core to be a 6-8 seed playoff also ran in the CP3 era and now you want a young group of guys with only Anderson living up to the role of star player to be as good as the CP3 era team? I get that you want things to be better, but Rome wasn't built in a day. If you actually look at the level of talent on this roster compared to other NBA teams instead of arbitrarily deciding in a vacuum what you think should happen, you'll realize that Monty isn't the problem here. I'm not saying he's the perfect coach, but you have to take into account what he's working with. Brian Roberts is averaging like 15 minutes a game and he was brought in to be the 5th guard. We are down to 4th and 5th string guys playing SF for us because the first 2 are busts and I guess Miller just isn't ready yet. If anyone should be on the Hot Seat it's Demps, not Monty. But Demps also seems to be making the best decisions available to him depending on what he's able to eventually trade Gordon for.

He may be trolling but there are lots of people that think like he does. That was for the casual fan lurkers.

Monty gets next year to prove what he can do. If by the end of next season this team still sucks, He'll be on the hot seat and possibly time to fire him.
