Obviously AD had a subpar game shooting, but some guys I guess just don't really understand basketball. If he doesn't play, we don't have his defense, which was huge. He had 16 boards, 5 steals, and 5 blocks.
When your star has a bad shooting nights, which happens, I can live with that when he puts up those types of numbers on the other side of the court.

We find ourselves using this bullshite excuse way too often. It’s always “we almost won and we played like shite.” Well we play like shite a lot apparently. Because we “almost win” and play like shite every other game. We are average. AD isn’t elite. Get over it

AD couldn’t handle the free throw line or playing against Embiid. He’s turning into the Arod of the NBA. He’s not going to carry us if we don’t surround him with stars.

I believe this was his first career 5x5.
He shot the ball badly all night. But you'll take a 5x5 if a guy is struggling on the offensive end.

I watch every game. Every time they play. Go look at the stats, all of the games we lost are directly due to him. Either he didn’t play because of boo boos, or he had a horrible night shooting.

Didn't watch but looking at the box score, we were doomed by an awful first quarter. We "won" every quarter after that but the hole we dug in the first quarter was too big against a pretty good team. Looks like AD was really bad too. Tough to overcome.
