sounds like a guy who is very similar to Matt Ryan. I can't say i've paid attention to him at Kentucky, would that be a good comparison? awesome from 3, terrible on D but will at least try hard?

Not a bad comparison but he has a more versatile offensive game than Ryan imo

Ryan probably has a quicker release and is probably a better movement shooter

Much better at actual all around offense than Matt Ryan

Terrence Ross is a better comparison. Reeves can score better inside than Ryan.

Not sure about that one. Terrence Ross is an NBA dunk contest winner.

Only knock against him is he’s 23. Aside from that, he’s got it all. Excited to watch him ball in summer league.
Nearly 24 when season starts and not a good defender. Have to wonder if Willie ever plays him.

I'm pretty sure that's what Givonny said on the ESPN coverage. He must be terrible on defense to be that good on offense and last until 47.
Was there anyone in the draft hat Givony did not like though? He is a terrible analyst. ESPN needs to upgrade.

He has to make the team first.

Wondering if the plan is to put him on a 2-way.

I would imagine that the plan is a 2 way for him

Better than our first round pick!!

Doesn’t play a lick of defense though so Willie won’t play him

Not in the slightest, in college Reeves was a better player than Missi, first season in NBA Reeves will be better than Missi.

Maybe year 2 Missi starts to pull ahead if he can play to his potential , but as of now Reeves is the better player.

Reeves is likely to only get a 2-way. The better pick for the team is clearly Missi. Will he develop into what is needed? Who knows?
