Still some knuckle ball in that release on some of those jumpers, but we can see that he’s working to change it.

Took Jason Kidd a couple of years to get his jump shot.Lonzo's court vision and the pace we want to run this year, is going to be fun to watch.

Man if that translates to real games O.o.
If we can come out of the front half of our schedule still close or in playoff contention, people gonna wake up.

I know hes going to be left open around the 3 point line, but we really need him to just run the offense, play solid defense and finish at the rim. He should not be taking 5 jumpers a game.

It was the off-balance nature of his shot that was the biggest problem but I think the free throw shooting will be much improved with the higher release as well. He has natural touch but was "gifted" Big Baller mechanics (aka trash).

Yep.
I don't see anything different about the shot, although i'm not a Lonzo shot expert. It's still a fugly shot.
play great defense and run the offense efficiently and he'll be fine.
I'd rather him get better at finishing at the rim than hitting more 3's. His goal should be penetrating the defense to create high % shots for his teammates, but he has to know when to finish at the rim.
Granted i haven't watched much of him, but i heard a good bit last year about how he doesn't know how to use his body or athleticism to finish at the rim at a rate you'd expect from someone with his size and athleticism.

It will go a really long way though if he can hit open threes though.
It makes him way more lineup versatile and not having to be sat at the end of some games because of spacing issues.
