We are pretty much getting it according to Wojnarowski. The same pieces are being moved from Houston.

Do we get to ship Okafor out too by any chance?

That would fix the problem that the Dan Gilberts of the world had about it. LA would have to take on a lot more money.

Not sure, there aren't any full details. I would assume we have to send something to LA to make Stern and the rest of the owners happy.

John Hollinger
I'm baffled. David West deal would appear to kill the 3-way CP3 trade. Hornets can't take on any $ in West deal and still do CP trade.

Why? They'll almost certainly get a better deal.

They might never turn into anything but I love the talent they have. Prospects in addition to the proven talent we were getting would be great.

I was wondering why Houston was still in, they still have a shot at Nene

quote:

David Locke: Nene situation getting really interesting -- New Jersey reported to be at $15 mill -- Rockets get near that if deal done -- Denver ????

Starting to hear that the deal is almost done. Not many details right now, but looks like Lakers are getting CP3, O'Neal and someone else.

Deal might be back on with Sasha Pavlovic in place of Jeff Green.
