This is going to be a thing his entire career. He can't keep running away from it and being vague about his training. If he wants to overcome it, he needs to get really vocal about it.

He needs to get a bunch of supplement and training types of companies endorsing him. Karl Malone used to show off in the gym, putting out shirtless pictures. That was before social media. But it's hard to question or mock a guy, about his weight, with a 6 pack. That's the only way he ends this. His freakish vertical is never going to get rid of the trolls..
