Not better but not as bad as you'd think or assume when you lose your 2nd best player.

Really shows how deep this team is, as we all know.

i agree, but there's a bit of a caveat to your statement.... we are good as long as guys step up to fill the scoring void and we have at least one other player capable of creating their own shot....

We need BI for the playoffs. His game is well suited for the playoffs. And he opens things up for Z.

we need end of Feb BI... plus, he's one of the only guys we have who can create a shot for himself off the dribble.... but he's got to get more confidence and comfortable with shooting the 3... he limits himself by virtue of eliminating that part of his game

No. Pels shot 50% from 3, on 36 attempts. We would've won with or without BI. Case in point, Z barely did anything.

No, but there is 0 zero chance you could have told me that BI wouldn’t play in a game that Zion scored 4 points in and we would have won. Add that it was IN Miami on a road back to back and the win would be 20+, I wouldn’t have taken that bet at +3000.

even if i told you Herro, Robinson, and Love were out for Miami? that's a large amount of firepower from outside the arc our opponent was missing

Your 2nd best player goes down in no way shape or form are you a better team.Thoufh the depth and make up of this roster will allow you to stay competitive and fight to hold your seeding an with a little luck maybe move up to the 3seed but we can not be without B.I. nor Z for any period of time and make any noise in the western conference playoffs but with both playing and the depth/talent on this roster will allow you to be competitive possibly win a series and get these young guys some playoff experience and a piece or 2 in the off season to really get us in that championship contender tier...Because as nice as this squad is I don't see us fricking with the tip tier guys in a 7game series this year but I will dammed if I'm not feeling really frickin great about where this team is and the direction it's headed in today compared to how I felt immediately following that shitshow against the Lakers in the play-in

Lol another shite take. 2 guys that give you 40 plus and you get 4 points. Those 3 guys barely give you maybe 25 combined. They had their best 2 players on the court at home, and we were on a back to back.

Yes! I don’t care who is playing. Winning on the road in the NBA is not easy. I would take 75% winning percentage and be thrilled about it.

BI wasn’t playing.

Also the Heat’s two best players were playing in the game.

i get all that... but look at the last time we played them... the amount of spacing that Herro and Robinson can create, especially when paired on the floor, is what really creates problems for us... it's what killed us last game...
those two combined for 8/16 from 3 pt.... and that opened things up to allow for Butler to slash to the basket and get to the line as a result of his slashing ability... also opened things up for Bam, who led all scorers... but make no mistake about it, Herro and Robinson's shooting was the lynchpin in all of that...

again, get out of your feelings.... i'm not saying tonight was a fluke or an undeserved or easy win.... i'm absolutely ecstatic about the outcome...but let's keep it in context, as well... we know we can play well against teams that aren't at full strength and win games, we've proven that all year... we have yet to consistently prove we can beat teams that are playoff caliber teams at full strenth, even when we are healthy, so let's keep things in context... but for tonight, sure i'm happy with the win... on to the next one
