Which of the zero people defending Gordon here are you referring to?

i'm not trying to make excuses, but that was an unfair comparison, IMO.

FWIW, that may have been the first time i've defended him.

Quail in that situation, but in general there are quite a few who make excuses for this guy. (particularly his biggest fan aka techchampion)

look I want Gordon to succeed, but tonight was absolutely unacceptable.

Vasquez. I don't know why Monty didn't put Gordon on him, but I guess it wouldn't have mattered given that EG wasdoing his best to avoid overtime so as to catch as much of the Pacers game as possible.

Two clowns.
Did they not watch the Charlotte or Dallas games, among others?

But Fletcher is Fletcher, we know that.

Mcnamara acts like he turned down the Lakers GM job to work for 247. If left to him we wouldnt even have Gordon and Rivers would be getting 35 minutes per game. The guy shite on people all summer for liking Lillard more than Rivers

Yep, that's me. I formed some crazy love for Eric Gordon after seeing him play 9 games as a Hornet. No rationality over here.

I love that you'll blame the loss on the guy who played well for most of the game rather than on the extreme suckfest that was our backup guards today. He played poorly down the stretch but god forbid a player not dominate the entire game every time he steps on the court.

Pretty much. And, don't forget, Gordon is a fricking second tier player who doesn't give any effort.

if he had tried harder, he could have scored 21 points on 8 shots tonight instead of 17.

how many points did the hornets lose by tonight? TA DA motherfrickers.

what a pussy.

first of all I didn't say that. I never put all the blame on him although he was a huge reason why we lost. he disappeared in the second half and turned the ball over 5 or 6 times. that is unacceptable for any player to do especially considering his salary.

also no one is asking him to dominate every single game. honestly with all of his pansy injuries over the years I'm just happy to see him in uniform.

Maybe pro ball is hard when you are spending $45m on players who are playing while the bad guys spend tons more.

Maybe you win at a lower rate when you spend less money.

Maybe that fact will manifest itself in tax-paying teams winning titles in a long streak.

Maybe that will be part of the justification for a lockout that will cost tens of millions in revenue.

Or maybe not.
