Go get Dinwiddie

We’ve been saying we need shooting - well there he is. Just got traded back to a team that initially didn’t want him.
Dinwiddie is in the first year of 3 ($54mil) 18/yr.
Question: would you give up Graham (3 more years at 12/ur) & Hayes ($10mil this year) and possibly another young asset out of Herb/Kira/Willy to make it work?
This would also open a roster spot for any returning rim protector you see fit. (Where is Hasaaaan Whiteside lol).
I’ve always like Dinwiddie’s scoring ability though - he’s instant offense of the bench. Perfect for that 6th man role.

I’m not even looking at his game. I’m looking at $20m for him this season and several years worth of salary forthcoming.
If Graham isn’t the answer between his game and his cost, Dinwiddie definitely isn’t the answer due to his cost because he will put us square in the tax next season.

I don’t think we should pursue Dinwiddie but to say he can’t shoot is disingenuous. Averaging 40% from 3 the past two seasons with Luka

At this point the Pelicans should be shopping Zion to see what kind of picks they can get for him. He’s the MT13 of the Pelicans. Making a killing and never available.

I would like Dorian Finney smith more. He’s a solid 3nD guy on a 11m/yr deal for the next 3 years. I’d rather go after him than blow all our assets on OG

I'm sure he is who the nets asked for. He is a steal on that contract.
