In previous years I read that these series can be adjusted but the NBA finals are hard scheduled and don't move.

It's a placeholder because they dont know which day moving game 1 to Saturday pulled from.

Just want to note that the NBA has known since Sunday that both Tor/Was and Cle/Ind series would extend to 6 games and as of wed at 10:30am they have yet to announce times for the either game on Friday.
Point is - I wouldn't be hitting F5 all day in anticipation of any Pelicans schedule news for Saturday.
If Boston beats the Bucks on Thu we will play at 7 Sat on TNT - if not we will play at 930 Sat. Gm2 Mon - looks like Gms 3 & 4 will be Fri & Sun.
