Regardless if you’re a trolling Mac or just a miserable media guy….your schtick is old and tiresome.

If you want to continue shitting on the Pels, just do so from who you actually are or which franchise you’re supporting…..

Unfortunately I think you’re right but I’m prepared to be hurt.

My thoughts are his initial strain was a grade 2 but than during his setback it became a grade 3 which typically requires surgery but they gave him a chance to rehab it to get back in time. Unfortunately with the scans it hasnt healed and he needs surgery. Ciuld be out for the early part of next year as well.

I agree with Driveman. Yesterday was the 2 week timeframe and if they had any positive news, they would have been shouting it from the rooftops. I am prepared for another "if we make it out of the playin, we will reevaluate him" from the snake oil front office

Honestly just shut him down and put the focus on players on the court. The Zion thing just becomes a dark cloud. Enjoy this BI/Trey squad and see what they can do.

That makes no sense. Why would he progress to on court activity if it didnt heal?

We've seen Zion on the court recently, putting up shots and dunking.

Unless his setback was in the last few days, the "setback" theory does not make sense.

But maybe he did have a setback in the last few days. Who knows.

After that one time against nuggets where he was seen dunking he never even participated in shooting around again. I honestly think he had another setback which again talks about how long he takes to recover.

I don't know if he's McNamara, he says he isn't, but his takes are surprisingly similar to McNamara's.

If I remember correctly, Zion caught some grief - maybe from Reggie Miller or the TNT crew - during our suns series last year for dunking during shoot around but not playing in the series.

This pure speculation on my point, but I think Zion and his team are particularly sensitive to these national narratives and they will not open him up to that criticism again. If he is not playing in the playoffs, he will either be absent entirely from the bench or not doing much of anything during shootaround.

I mean yeah he should sit and even appear to be hurt if not playing in that scenario. If I call in sick to work I’m not in the parking lot out front doing donuts ??
