Even a grade one is two weeks.

How people thought Zion would be back Friday is crazy lol.

Is there a clip out there of the play where it happened? Was at the game and couldn’t tell what happened.

It happened on his last made basket to tie the game. Lakers called a TO to stop the bleeding, meanwhile Zion immediately pointed to the bench to be subbed out and pulled his jersey over his head and screamed before going straight to the locker room.

I forgot about the mysterious bubble hamstring rumors.

This is potentially the 3rd season Zion has faced a hamstring injury.

Anyone know if it's always been the same side?

I honestly want us to get more playoff experience. Plus if BI does good, maybe his stock rises. Or even if Murphy is in the starting lineup, the organization can see we can move on from BI. I love BI but not for the max

I was reading Tony Parker played in the finals with a grade 2 hamstring strain

I'm tired of this take that the organization is holding Zion out, dude took himself out the game so obviously he couldn't play through it and Zion with a bad hammy is useless out there .

I think this is ultimately the correct answer

That and us sitting out Zion against the Spurs for a hang nail are the two biggest detriments to this season.

Those were the 2 biggest detriments to this season from this week.
Pulling Zion with 6 minutes in every 4th quarter through February cost us at least 6-7 games minimum. He was absolutely rolling in more than half of those games when he was pulled. Even at his fattest and most embarrassing, he was 10 times more effective than Jeremiah Robinson Earl or Naji Marshall.
Taking 55 games to realize point Zion was better than decoy in the corner Zion cost quite a few more.

This is on Zion’s lack of conditioning

Absolute bullshite, especially from December forward. Even when he was fat, he was still the best option and infinitely better than JRE

Stop excusing Zion for coming into the season out of shape and not being able to play more than 35 mpg until a month ago

This will just make Griffin give him the extension.

Again there is no long term benefit of this team making the playoffs.

I agree with this. To get in shape, you have to play. Can't take full nights/weeks off and expect to be able to last a full season plus post season. If he's in any kind of good shape at the beginning of the season, no one is talking about a post allstar break 25 lb weight loss and his off days aren't hurting his physical shape.
