Please be respectful

Seems like only risk on our leverage is Kyrie. If he openly chooses NY or Bos, that'll hurt the leverage.
Ideal state is Kyrie tells those two teams whoever gets AD is where I'll sign.

so you chose to be a douche jist to be a douche lol good for you feel better?

Hey man. Relax. Crewz has built up a track record here that gives his posts weight. Just relax.
And this is good info. People are still freaking out about the Lakers so anything that tells us he’s not going there is welcome.

RJ Barrett will be a superstar. He has to be the #1 pick.

Anyone else not want a total rebuild? Feels like a waste of time at this point

Why do you post the most obvious crap. Everyone on this board could tell you the Knicks and Celtics have better assets than the Lakers and that the Lakers would need a 3rd team to get the trade. We know they aren’t moving Jrue now bc he’s still playing. And we know the date of the draft lottery and that the Pels would be stupid not to wait til after to know what picks they are trading for
Definitely agree. The interesting part would have been him dropping the names of the players the Pels want the Lakers to look into. He says he knows the names but arent telling because they are unlikely to get them.

I have 0 interest in a rebuild. I would rather go the 2nd marketable star route that he previously mentioned along with the pieces we get from the AD trade.

we're not in the East, bubba
you'd basically be dooming our franchise for approximately a decade

People wouldn’t care
Been there done that with baron davis, Chris Paul, and now AD. I know it’s fun for message boards but the real life results would be dumpster fire esque

Well then, Tatum isnt the player you think he is then.
Posted on 2/1/19 at 7:31 am to dj30
Just off the top of my head I would say
Beal
Lilliard
McCollum
Kemba
Klay
Its probably guys in that range/style that they have no chance in getting for us, so why even bother

More than one way to skin a cat.
If you’re going total rebuild, starting with Zion or Ja and Knox and multiple pick assets over a 2-3 year period is a spectacular start.
If you’re going re-tool/mini-rebuild, getting Tatum, Smart and multiple picks is a great way to do it.

i would like to get tatum b/c he's the best player being offered, but i'm not riding or dying around his inclusion in a deal
like i said yesterday, Brown + picks > the Lakers offer

Niko and Moore possible, but not as likely. No great offers for any of them yet.
You mean no one is offering a 1st rounder for Niko like we did a year ago. Not to mention he has shown to be a great offensive and serviceable defensive player. Shocker

I love how some of you think my info is obvious -- Well, it is because I gave you that info prior. How do I know I am the reason some stuff is obvious? Because I look at what they are talking about on Pels Report and they are still chasing 20 possibilities because I have not posted there.
For example -- I posted yesterday that the Pels would make Boston run around and show they are committed by having them get guys now for the trade. And voila -- what did Windhorst JUST tweet?
Stop biting the hand that feeds you. I am sorry that you feel inferior, but I am by far the best guy you have. If you don't want to know the future, don't read my stuff. But don't act like I am not the reason the future is now so much more obvious to y'all

The Memphis pick loses protection every year and they are headed down a deeper hole than us. I think Tatum and taking the Hayward contract + picks would be a great trade for both teams, considering Celtics keep young pieces and Pels get a some young assists and a former all star to market

well it's certainly a great trade for us. that's the #1 option for us
i don't know if it materializes, but i hope it does
but if Tatum isn't an option, ultimately, there are still better options than what the Lakers are offering

I look on twitter this morning and see guys like Zach Lowe and Bobby Marks starting to talk about things we were discussing here yesterday. If we're beating them to the punch it must be pretty obvious, right?
