I dint take Mac’s word as gospel. Mac was all for the Lakers trade for Ingram when he thought he had a much higher ceiling and I told him several times on here Tatum was going to be much better.

You still butt hurt because you think Treys value is on another tier from Herb and I just agreed with his evaluation and not yours.

Mac was saying on another message board that the Pels wouldn’t have interest in a Murray deal because DD would be better than Murray once he learns to hit threes. Mac says some wild shite sometimes.

If he wants to drop knowledge on the specific center we are targeting, and it happens, I’ll gladly bend the knee. About 5 centers have been mentioned but it’ll probably be one of three if I had to guess.

Idt you understand it in other teams eyes. Teams value picks. Why do you think teams are trading picks out the arse for borderline all stars? That’s the current price, and teams want that. Pelicans value their picks. Every team does.

2. As far as Trae is concerned. It doesn’t even matter anymore. But what I will say, is that regardless of the Yahoo articles you may have read about Trae not fetching much value. That is true. That doesn’t mean that the Hawks are going to trade him for peanuts. You do realize that teams leak things like this to lower the asking price right? Was Trae traded yet? No. Do you know what he will be or has be traded for? No. Imagine reports coming out saying Zion isn’t worth what people think he is…you honestly think as the manager of the organization you would just trade him for 2-3 picks when he still has years on his contract left?

The hawks are asking for a lot. ALOT. But teams don’t agree with their evaluation. Hence why he has not been traded.. it doesn’t mean that he can’t be traded for peanuts, but I can tell you right now he won’t. The asking price for Trae is absurd…and yes. I wanted Trae more than anyone. But I can tell you what I mentioned about Trae is fact. Whether you believe it or not is your opinion and I respect it. He hasn’t been traded yet, so none of us can defend our response. But what I don’t agree with is starting a petty thread calling someone out for something that has not even been done yet.. regardless of what you read or not.
