Physical Freak who actually has pretty good basketball skills and a nice shot.

Is it more him or the situation in Sac? Or some combo of both?

Combination of being a headcase and playing for a hopeless franchise. Call me a homer but I think a change of scenery to an up-and-coming team like ours to play with a fellow Kentucky great could be great for his career.

wonder how much it would cost us to trade for him. too bad the trade deadline passed, or we'd see like 10 threads about it

Trade Gordon for Brandon Jennings first. Then trade for Cousins. Do it

aside from ownership that is most concerned with saving money, the talent doesn't fit, no one plays defense, and they are very very young.

Why leave out Andray Blatche and Javale McGee? If we are going for the "all knucklehead team"?

Cousins keeps himself down because he's a complete POS.

he is a top center. too many people on this headcase trip thinks guys like cousins and bynum are total cancers and not worth it. this dude is a stud and i cant think of a team who cant use him.

A city like NOLA might not be the best fit for a guy like this...

I'm sure Sacramento isn't helping but I've been saying he feels like another Derrick Coleman since his draft. I wouldn't want anything to do with him, I think he's a lot more likely to tease his entire career than to finally figure it out.

He's one of the few available PGs that'd possibly be an upgrade to Vasquez rather than a lateral move.

Every coach that has ever coached him has not gotten along with him. There's only been one constant...him.

Hopefully Hornets fans wouldn't act as completely retarded as Saints fans did there. Maybe if we traded 2 unprotected firsts for Cousins.

eta - I should clarify. I do not want Cousins anywhere near this team. I also think Ricky is a terrible, terrible comparison. Ricky's situation was a matter of moronic expectations created by Ditka trading the first-borns of season ticket holders for him.

Umm there are plenty of PGs out there that are upgrades to Vasquez. He cant guard any other PG in the league.

No they aren't, the AVAILABLE guys are better in some things but worse in others. And they aren't available for free, most of them are in situations where you'd have to do some sort of trade like Vasquez and a pick to get. Maybe you take the trade off of defense for offense with a guy like Bledsoe if you could do a straight swap, but he's too unproven to throw in a pick as well. That's not an upgrade if you give up a pick too.

Vasquez is the worst defending pg in the league. Anyone available is an upgrade.
