Slightly different with this one. He helped lead them to a championship and has done everything right along the way. Class act from Boston to let him choose the destination and take less assets in the process.

I said in different thread about Brown not possibly wanting to play for Pelicans.

Someone responded he had no choice because he has 3 years left on his contract.

Anyway I wonder what the Pels offer was, if true

You can overcome these things if you have an owner that gives a shite or a competent FO…we have neither so kind of fricked on all ends

If a guy doesn’t want to be in the city of New Orleans, then it doesn’t matter who is in charge.

Nothing wrong with the owner nor anyone but hi g about the FO yet other franchises go through FO like candy and it’s all good in the hood.

my first reaction as well. "Oh thank god they were at least talking"

Him not wanting to play here was also the first reaction in my mind the time I saw the first rumor. So that's not surprising.

I get it, but not going to lie, after hearing this there is a small prideful part of me that thinks Brown can go F himself.
