Actually pretty happy with this. First rounder is huge. Its time to start stock piling picks and rebuilding. The zion-BI-CJ era is over.

Can somebody clear up the first round pick.

Is it for “25 or ‘26 draft? What are the protections?

Good trade for right now but bad trade in hindsight when most of us wanted Ingram trade a year or two ago

Unless they altered it, it is the Pacers’ 26 first with 1-4 protections.

When was this team ever contending lol? Contending for a play in game?

This board has been saying for years, years he needed to move BI or Zion, they didn’t fit. He drug his feet and here we are…

Sure, if you ignore him being an UFA after this year. This move signals a rebuild year is in store for 2025-26. Trading him while competing for playoff spots would've been dumb. We got great value for a player who's gone next year in what has become a throw away year.

This is the worst trade in franchise history. Griffin should be in handcuffs. Bruce brown and Kelly Olynyk bruh. Let him walk in the offseason if that’s the fricking return we’re getting.

We got two picks out of the trade. That’s more than we’d get for letting him walk

Lol okay. I guess I'm imagining the pels playing like the best team in the league last year when everyone was healthy. my bad. We're supposed to be all doom and gloom, never actually supporting the team here. I'll just go frick myself lmao

its hilarious some of yall thought we were going to get frickin kevin durant or some other all star for a mid range player whos always hurt. this was absolute best case scenario. the zion-BI-CJ era is finally over and we can start rebuilding through the draft
