Boogie Cousins Injures Knee

"Lakers center DeMarcus Cousins has suffered a possible knee injury and will undergo further testing today in Los Angeles, league sources tell ESPN. Cousins was working out in Las Vegas on Monday when he had to leave the court, sources said. He signed a one-year deal in July."

This is why I never blame players for taking paydays when they can. Of course, Cousins opted not to with the Pelicans. He took a risk, but it's one I understood. Unfortunately it hasn't panned out for him.

I think the biggest surprise to Lakers fans will be that Anthony Davis is not going to be playing 80+ games and racking up tons of minutes. Quietly swept under the rug in all the media hype of AD going to LA was the guy's consistent history of fragility.
