Im not insulting you. You’re taking my responses too personally. Ask yourself do you want Zion to be the next Bill Walton? If your answer is yes- I just we’re on two completely paths on where this franchise should go.

Because he didnt play for those 6 months because of a hamstring injury. Thats huge context. Injuries keep dropping his value. He was a MVP candidate in december. Got injured in January and we never saw him again.

Meh, I’m not saying I’m not nervous about trading Zion, but I think it will be the same discussions we have today between Zion and Ja. Or we had way back when we drafted AD but Lillard won rookie of the year.

And while I agree that Zion is other worldly, I don’t think enough is said about how difficult he is to build around. You need a center that is long, can protect the rim, rebounds and can shoot. Aka, a unicorn. You need forwards that can defend, and shoot and possibly help with rebounds. As we’ve seen, even players as great as Jonas and Ingram, and you start to wonder if they can play together if they aren’t elite on defense and shooting. It’s a difficult, maybe impossible, puzzle to solve.

Ok dude relax. I think you’re just looking to combat my point without understanding the bigger argument here about Zions greatness or his ability to win. Yes you answered my question. But Bill Walton isnt someone on this board wants to hear compared to Zion- yes you’re comparing him if you’re talking anout chronic injured big men winning a title. Like I said congrats, I dont know what else you want me to say.
