I'll take a Jimmy Butler, but they need to turn the keys over to Kira already. Kira is up to 85 minutes played with 1 turnover.

Lack of consistent shooting. Every game we have wild swings of at least 15 points each way. We will have times where we hit something like 8 of 12 three’s and then go 2-25 the rest of the way. The opponent will always make a major run when we get in 1 of our 5+ funks to offset and then blow away any hot streak we had.

There is no point guard! Any good team starts with an efficient PG who controls the flow of the offense and starts the defense in motion!

Our two best players are one dimensional.
Ingram is a streaky shooter who sucks in the clutch.
Zion is a bulldozer who gives up as much as he scores.
We have guards who can't penetrate or consistently make outside shots.
Our backup C is out of his depth.
Our second best rebounder is Josh Heart...
Our best shooter can't shoot anymore.
Our coach may be washed up.
Our GM may be a used car salesman.
Need I go on?

These are correct. Is the roster flawed, sure but this team should be competitive and able to fight for that play in seed. Or at least not look incompetent against teams like OKC and the Kings. Plain and simple. Maybe they need to go back to playing with pace to help out the offensive issues. They wanted to slow the ball down to limit the turnovers and help the defense, but so far it hasn't helped and at time have looked worse
