Why on earth would Graham start? Cause he makes more money? He has been better being in the right place on defense but players still blow by him. Zion has the same problem, he gets in the right spot but does the wrong thing. Zion also gets lost… but this is about Graham. Tonight is the night we need Devonte on the roster, but he needs to turn 6th man, not starter.

Not gonna lie this does have me bummed out. Only 3 games in and we are already missing 3 starters. This isnt a good sign regardless of how flukey the injuries are.

My personal opinion is that they have 2 days off before a really huge west coast road trip, so they are being extremely cautious, and all will play friday.

And Naji knocking BI out so he could start a game

Just kidding. Let's get well and run it all over again.

Its not all doom and gloom.

We are still trotting out CJ and JV. Trey who is shooting 60% from 3 is going to finish out tonight's "big 3". Last year with 3 starter injuries we were learning the names of E10 and 2 way players... Jose's name stuck pretty good.

Wouldn't it make sense to start Jax and let Nance come off the bench like the second half of last season and playoffs?

Good opportunity for some of the young guys. Hope we get to see Daniels.

Definitely not. I mean, Luka sometimes has nights where he's just off and throws up a ton of bricks. This could be one of those nights. Who knows?

Yea. Trey needs to take at least 15 shots tonight.

I am torn on the Jax/Nance situation. Jax only has played a couple of minutes but he looked really good in preseason. I could see any combo of Jax, Nance, Naji starting, all 3 should get a good run tonight.

Reality - Zion is always hurt. Make excuses but the guy cannot get in half the games in his 1st 3 years, starts the season then out in Game 4 already.
Ja is taking over the league while Zion sits on the bench hurt again.

Whoever is responsible for player conditioning and wellness for the Pelicans and Saints is not even close to doing their job.
Too many injuries to key players in those franchises. Call it flukes or whatever you want to but you have got to get players on the court/field for them to be of use to the team.

Dude, no amount of conditioning will stop your from getting a contusion after an 8 ft fall on a hardwood floor, or getting a concussion after getting hit in the head.

Chill, we have one of the best S&C coaxes in the leage
