Which would be the better trade partner for AD?

We’ll say both offer the first overall pick, would you rather LaVine and Markkanen or DSJ and Knox? Knicks having Mavs picks may give them the advantage but idk what the Bulls have

I’d be questionable about LaVine.

The Bulls have been hopeful for him since the Jimmy Butler trade and he finally put it together tonight.

I’d have to see a track record before believing he has turned it around.

Well yeah I think whoever would get the first pick would be the team to trade with. Was just saying which package would be more enticing if both had the first overall pick in their offer

Tbh, I would still rather trade with the Celtics. I like Ja Morant more than Zion for the pels, but I’m in the minority

I agree they’re the first option by far. Especially if Tatum and Brown are in the trade. Was just wondering about other options and those options being lucrative enough to give us more leverage on the Celtics

The thought of having smart and Jrue in a back court with Tatum playing the 3 is enough for me. The picks and if we land brown are lagniappe.

frick AD.

Bulls won't offer it because they know AD isn't staying, but I will play along any way

I'd rank assets as:

1. Lauri M
2. W Carter
3. Mavs unprotected pick
4. K Knox
5. Future Bulls picks
6. Future Knicks picks
7. Mavs 2023 pick
8. Dennis Smith
9. Mitchell Robinson
10. Allonzo Trier

108. Zach Lavine

So, if both teams offer everything, the Bulls for sure. But they won't.

Bulls would say no, but it's guess we don't have to live in reality for a couple more months, so why not?!!

Are both of these picks supposed to be 2021? The Mavs pick is contingent on the 2019 pick going to the Hawks. So it might not be until 2022. But even so, I would bet on the Mavs being the better team for the next few seasons and would value the Bulls picks more..

Of course they would, but that wasn’t the question posed. It was assuming CHI and NYK put up these awesome packages, which would you prefer? So I answered that.

The bulls would trade 1 of the players mentioned if they include the pick.

Or the 2 players alone.

AD ain't staying there

Markkanen will have a better career than Tatum

To get Lauri and Zion would be the motherload

Last time I looked, Celtics picks were not anywhere near the top due to the two best now being protected for 2019.
If Morant is healthy probably now out of reach for Boston.

A package with Tatum is still what I want the most.

But I’ve started watching more of Knox and DSJ and I really like them too and wouldn’t mind a trade for them and a high draft pick.

Knox, DSJ and 1 or 2 would be my preferred haul
