My problem with these technicals is like the ones tonight. The refs let Green stay in the game and act like a crazy arse. They give Cousins stupid technicals that probably aren’t warranted in the first place.

Mentioned that purely because people hate and defend the tech saying cousins cursed out the refs without any of it being true. Then people run with it and say cousins is a profanity loudmouth.
fair enough, but he clearly didn't say anything there. I agree, but idk man I just don't see why an unbiased pels fan would defend Boogie on his actions. (besides that ejection of course)

Do y'all realize that there are other players in the NBA who don't get calls but also don't act like petulant children on the court? This isn't some conspiracy against Cousins. It happens to all small market teams yet somehow other players manage to deal with it like adults.

I can tell you didn’t watch the game because Two Warriors got T’d up for pitching hissy fits. Durant threw another tantrum late and went and sat on the scorer’s table in objection while they were lining up for free throws.

So...expect more from Cousins? Fair.

Acting like he’s the only player in the league pitching hissy fits? Stupid.

Cousins got T’d because of how he acted not what he said. You can’t demonstravely protest a call nor can you “charge” the referee and he did both

He is going in the same direction as last year. He will not change the game. the game will change him and leave him behind and soon. A player in a contract year never acts like this. He is asking to be traded. Dell is in a tough spot now

Well Crewz has claimed the coaches hate Cousins; however, Gentry clearly said that he has done what they ask and feels he is getting screwed on fouls. Now I think he can’t be truly unsupportive of Cousins post game, but he did go farther than I felt he needed to.

Daniels (commentator) also was much more supportive regarding how Cousins is being treated.

Refs likely saw Boogie instigate Durant by pushing him & leaning into him . Let it go at the time.

Did they see he was walking away from the situation and Durant followed him?

for the sake of the pels talk sanity, I wasn't going to talk about that. But yeah, he did nudge him there. My point is his head needs to be in the game and not trying to be a hardass or starting shite.

Yeah and Cousins responded, instead of being an adult and handling business. He gave in.

I guess AD is just as pathetic. No big man in this era can carry dleague scrubs, sorry.

AD has at least led a 45 win playoff team and eclipsed 30 wins 4/5 seasons on some bad teams. His actions and play have never been a detriment to his team and has shown flashes of being part of a winning culture. If Eric Gordon wasn’t perpetually injured he would’ve fared better

Meanwhile Boogie has won 30+ (33) games once in 6 seasons in Sacramento. If only he was who you and others actually think he is

I'm not implying he's the only player in the league that throws hissy fits. He just does it more than most players and it seems to negatively rub off on the team.

Believe me I know how much of a bitch Curry and Draymond can be. But they at least make up for it on the court. Cousins let's his emotions get the better of him and his play suffers because of it.

If 26/12/5 is wrong then I don't want to be right. It'd be great if he wasn't averaging 5 turnovers, but I'll take 26/12/5 and five turnovers over 22/12/5 and, says, two turnovers.

Cousins does his thing and is pretty well contained that he's not negatively effecting other players. If you want to say he doesn't get back on defense then fine, that's true but that's hardly the problem with this team. The turnovers tonight were terrible, but Cousins had little to do with the Warriors shooing 13/21 3s in the second half. Cousins has way too many turnovers, but the rest of team still had 13.

Can we admit that the refs should do a better job of not allowing a visiting team to pull that shite on our home floor. Also that was some extremly weak shite to eject Cousins over since Durant was stalking him and the crazy way Green had acted all game.

You would think the refs know Cousins distrust them and they should try to not do ridiculously questionable shite to him. I mean we are sitting here arguing that he should be more mature on the court with the refs. Well he is the player. Maybe the refs need to be more mature and not just penalize him for their perception of his Sacremento past also. I would much rather a player be pissed about officiating then refs trying to influence the game because they don’t “care” for a certain player.

Gentry putting Cousins on the floor with Nelson, Miller, Moore, and Cunningham is asking for Cousins to generate turnovers. They are choosing to run the offense through him to facilitate. It is going to happen.

The Pelicans should add an extra camera guy who only tracks Cousins, then inundate the League with videos of the B.S. that he puts he puts up with (until, obviouisly, he doesnt...).

I don’t expect the refs to give a shite and they are basically gods on the court. The problem is it is obviously he has matured compared to Sacramento. The refs are still treating him like shite and all people want fo talk about is his attitude. You can clearly see him walk away multiple times during the game and just give up and head back down the floor at times.

Ejecting him tonight was some absolute bull shite. I noticed he got smacked in the face hard by Magee’s dumbass. They didn’t even review for a flagrant. Where is the consistency? He has openly stated he is tired of being hit in the face with no extra attention.

That's what you saw? He bumped him like 3 times before Durant said anything.
