Some hand doctor in L.A. said a Grade 1 thumb sprain is generally a two week recovery.

The Lakers' opening game is in 10 days.

It’s actually to our benefit at this point.

It won’t affect this year’s pick but I think that Pelinka will start getting desperate in his moves as AD keeps getting injured in addition to limited picks and cap problems.
