That write up was really interesting. I don't think he has a chance at this job but he has an impressive resume for a young guy.

If they hire a HC that doesn't need both an OC and DC, maybe they can offer Craig a promotion as one of the lead assistant jobs. Someone bringing the notoriously hard nosed Pat Riley culture to the team would be a great addition.

I actually think that if she was a man, she would have been hired as a head coach a long time ago. She’s been the assistant to one of the best coaches in history for 6 years and everyone raves about her.

I would like to know where the hate comes from as well. I’m not seeing how she is worse than any other young assistant coach from a good coaching tree.
Not saying I’m for hiring her, but I don’t understand why she in particular is so terrible. I mean Pop trusts her. That has to count for something right?

People doubt her because she’s a woman. They don’t have a clue about her actual ability.

And you are automatically dismissing her because she doesn't have one. You are doing the same exact thing just the opposite.
cause what we are currently doing has worked wonders. I dont care what she is if she can do the job and we dont know that until she has it.

You are right. And 99% of people that don’t want her, don’t want her b/c they don’t trust the players to respect her authority as the head coach. Has nothing to do with her ability. She’s a she, and a kinda hot she at that, which doesn’t help with a bunch of testosterone filled men.
