Honestly, that's how it works for most professional sports franchises. It's not always the Jerry Jones/Mark Cuban situation.

Thats just a biased opinion you have of her based on absolutely nothing. They are other women owners who are also older with no sports experience- that doesn’t automatically make them not involved in decision making.

If anything is going to happen, realistically, its going to be Willie getting fired first, which should absolutely happen. He has obviously lost the attention of the players.
Griff is on a short leash, presumably, but he will get the chance to make the trades of B.I. and Zion to lead us into whatever the next era is....

Yeah it's an opinion, rooted in reality.
She's not much different than most owners, male or female, many of which don't have a fricking clue what's going on with the team that they inherited from their family, or the team they purchased as an investmant.
It's silly to think she's the one calling the shots. Yeah she may give the final word, but it's b/c others have told her this is what needs to be done and she trusts them.
She is not evaluating DA, or WG, or Griff, or Loomis job performance b/c she has no idea what they actually do or what they have to do to be successful. and again, that's not unlike most owners. Most owners have a person or persons that actually are involved wiht the day to day business and either advises the owner on what to do, or just has the autonomy to make the decisions themselves.
I mean do you think the 101 year old great grandma that owns the Bears or the 87 year old who owns the Texans is making any decisions in that organization?

Again I don’t know. You’re assuming because an owner is old that they can’t evaluate positions, or make any decisions whatsoever. I feel this is a bad assumption on your part. Our soon to be president Trump is 78- a year older than Gayle- are you just assuming he won’t make any decisions as president as well?

Team sucks - Gayle thinks they'll turn it around and Denny and Willie are such nice young men.
Team sucks and fans are booing - Oh no, this is not good, but we've had injuries Mickey and David say.
Teams bottom out - Gayle sees opposing fans in stands, all of the social media is negative, local news even starts getting negative. Dennis Laucha/Greg Bensel, what do we do!?
"Mrs. Benson, you're going to have to make Mickey/David fire Dennis/Griff."

"We're losing money and have no other choice."
