Langdon up. Talking about last year's hamstring injury, and the work Zion/BI have put in.
They have talked a lot about how to get guys back from injury faster, but players have to do their part

This is something even High schools provide. Very questionable why this hasn’t been addressed and how leadership have not done anything knowing our injury history

I took it as not having a dedicated PT. I think they did PT work but no one officially that focused solely on that aspect of recovery.
