And that's big. Reaves has been the Lakers 3rd-best player this season (and the only one besides LeBron and Davis with a positive Total RAPTOR score for the year).
Walker isn't as big of a loss, but it helps shorten LA's bench and ensure that LeBron has to play big minutes.

You'd have been ridiculous to honestly believe they were gonna be a bottom 4 team.
Healthy, they are a play-in team at the least. But damn these role players have stepped up their game the past 2 weeks. All while the same teams the Lakers played are falling apart in general.

Is this a thing now? At page 171 on this thread, to start pretending that they were never going to be a trash team? Go back to just a week ago and you wouldn't have seen these comments
At one point they were the worst team in basketball at 2-10 with a healthy Lebron and Davis and they weren't even competitive in a number of those. It was actually pretty reasonable to expect that they were going to be terrible, especially since you could almost pencil in AD for missed time. Hell even right before these last 6 games they looked like bottom feeders. But I guess props to them for beating the very few teams that are actually worse than them. They can easily go 5-10 in their next 15.
