That’s wild that the kings are moving Halliburton

I guess that's why Sacramento wanted king's ransom for Fox. They weren't going to get Sabonis without Haliburton.

Well that would explain us not getting Fox

Shows you how much people actually know.

Haliburton is an NBA twitter fave and people were talking about him being untouchable.

Reaction should be interesting on that one. Haliburton is a nerd fave, but so is Sabonis.

The Pacers are trading Domas Sabonis, Jeremy Lamb and Jeremy Lamb to Sacramento for Tyrese Hailburton, Buddy Hield and Tristan Thompson, sources tell ESPN.

Kings chose Fox over Haliburton, thats interesting.

Have to think TJ or Brogdon gets moved from Indiana this offseason

The thing that has remained true is how desperate the Kings are to win this year, even against all logic and reason...never thought they were this crazy though

Also why I thought Pels fans were deeply miscalculating what it would take to get Fox. They want to make the play in and dont want players back that cant help that, clearly even at the cost of their most promising young player.

Kings fans are melting.

Sabonis is a young multi time all star.

I get it though. They were led to believe Haliburton is one of the most untouchable guys in the league, and who they'd build their future around.

I don't think it's as simple as choosing Fox over Haliburton. I think they just wanted Sabonis and Indiana didn't want Fox. I bet we were in the trade discussion in a 3 team deal to land Fox and get Sabonis to Sacramento without giving up Haliburton. Once the price got out of control, the Pelicans backed off and went after CJ, while Indiana would not deal Sabonis without getting Haliburton.

Nah, Kings wanted to pair Hayes with Haliburton. When we told them to pound sand they went for the back up plan of Sabonis and Fox.

Heard the Nets, 76ers, Pelicans and Thunder were / are trying to figure out a deal with James Harden, Tobias Harris and Ben Simmons as part of it. James Harden would end up in Philly.
No clue who this guy is or his credibility.

Sabonis is very very good and is still only 25 years old. This makes the Kings much better IMO. They can now start (when healthy):
Fox
Davis
Barnes
Boner
Holmes

Davion, bagley and lamb off the bench.

Not sure why the fans are so up in arms

The additional positive is this becomes one more team that could potentially push the Lakers out of the playoffs entiriely

I hope everyone realizes that Bill Simmons is literally talking shite about the Pellies on an emergency pod being recorded right now.
