Thanks eyeran. I felt that nbadraft just wasn’t updated right, but there was weird language on Charlotte’s right on the 2nd from Wash/Den on realGM I couldn’t quite wrap my head around.
At least that adds a small subplot to follow. We want Denver to hold onto a top 5 record. A late 2nd isn’t super exciting but it’s better than nothing.
Bad night for the tank these past couple nights.
One thing I heard SiriusXM NBA radio talking about was how much Towns needs to finish as strong as possible to land all NBA 3rd team over Gobert to qualify for the Rose Rule extension. That helps us as You can likely rule Minny out of even worrying about chasing unless KAT goes down.

Stupid arse mavs win. At least the Grizzlies surprisingly won tonight against a great team that got a 57 point outing from Harden.
I’m starting to get a little concerned with Charlotte down the stretch. They’re out of the playoff picture in the East and already starting to wind down Kemba and other starters’ minutes. If they shut down Kemba, they could come close to losing out, and their home stretch of games is already tough.

That is not a soft finish for a Southeast Division Eastern Conference team.
I’m starting to get a little concerned with Charlotte down the stretch. They’re out of the playoff picture in the East and already starting to wind down Kemba and other starters’ minutes. If they shut down Kemba, they could come close to losing out, and their home stretch of games is already tough.

We need them to keep pace with GSW until the bitter end. Luckily, our season finale vs GSW isn’t GSWs season finale. It’s less likely they’d rest players in our last game.

It's because that's Dallas is trying to tank harder then us. If they don't tank they lose their top 5 protected pick. I knew we would win even before we played which is why I didn't watch so I won't watch.

We will shut down Jrue and Etwaun shortly. I also think they are going to come to an agreement with AD at some point to call it a season.
Lucky for us, the Lakers can't shut down Lebron, the Grizzlies are trying to win to convey their pick, and the Wizards should win more since Beal wants to get All-NBA to become supermax eligible.
We can't afford to win anymore games like the Mavs the other night. I know we have to play Elfriid and Randle and Payton was chasing the triple-double, but we really need to play Solo more.

But Towns is going for All NBA, as is Kemba and Beal. That is the biggest advantage we got.

Randle was on the bench in OT against Dallas bc of some muscle tightness. I wouldn’t be surprised if we saw Randle’s minutes decrease
