Tonight's slate of games that may matter to cheer for:

LAL-CHI - LAL
SAS-DAL - DAL
DEN-MIN - MIN
We are about to see how committed the Lakers are to tanking. The Bulls are keeping Lavine out tonight, wonder if the Lakers will do the same with Kuz.

Saw some reporter (Les East?) on Twitter say that he doubts Jrue plays again this season.Sorry, don't know how to link on here. Makes total sense though. Wish they would shut AD down too. At least we know AD won't be playing in the Phoenix game this week (back to back). So, we should be able to lose these next three. I mean, I know Phoenix stinks but we won't beat them without Jrue and AD, will we?

AD has been a net negative so it doesn't matter if he plays
Losing streak gets worse he's probably gone
Jrue would definitely be playing if this was last year but he has nothing to prove and could use the vacation
Franks playing very well and I'm excited to see how he builds on this

32 minutes per game for Bertans... who is in???
Also, anybody know what the deal is with Blueitt? I know he had an injury, but how bad was it? Could he play these final few weeks?

If Jrue is really out for the rest of the year and they finally shut AD down (fingers crossed), I think a 32-50 record is the realistic outcome. For other teams to jump us, they would have to have the following record (or better)
Mavs: 6-10 (won't happen. They are in EPIC tank mode)
Grizz: 5-9 (possible. They are trying to win it looks like)
Wizards: 5-10 (possible. They are in the East)
Hornets: 3-12 (they would pass us)
Lakers: 3-13 (they can't finish worse than this, right?)
I would say if the Pels go 32-50, they likely finish in the 7th spot by themselves or tied with one other team for 7th. I will take that. Honestly, I would love for them to sit AD and lose out while Jackson, Williams, and Bertans get a ton of minutes, but that won't happen.

And soon as they said re-evaluated in 7-10 days shortly after hitting his bonuses, I knew they were going to shut him down. “Re-evaluated” is code for let’s wait a week and then shut him down.

I looked at Washingtons next set of games

CHI
UTA
CHA
They also play the bulls again,a likely resting Celtics,the Lakers plus PHX/Knicks
They'll rack up at least a handful of wins
