Sure that's some old school, but what an odd couple of choices.

Migos, post Malone, future, designer, lil dickey is not garbage.

Literally every one of those artists is pretty much garbage...sans Dickey who's latest "Brain album" bullshite pushes him toward that classification for me

And the guy that said "Goldigger" was the last good single.....its Kanye not Jay Z and Kanye has literally had a WHOLE ALBUM since that single that is easily 10X better than anything else he's released (aside from his 1st album of course which is also an ALBUM full of tracks better than that song)

There are still really good artists out there for different tastes

Big KRIT just dropped album of the year regardless of genre. "Forever is a Mighty Long Time"

Everyone you mentioned is garbage.

Where you born in the 90s or 00s? Only someone in the age range could even consider listening to that talentless dribble. The lyricism and content is borderline retarded.

I like Future and all but Big K.R.I.T's album is much better. Future's albums tend to have a handful of top notch bangers mixed in with a whole lot of filler.

Also as a side note. I like some Future, Migos, 21 Savage, etc from time to time despite being older than their usual fan base. So my question is why does the younger crowd feel like it's has to be hostile or disrespectful towards classic 80s and 90s hip hop? Im not saying you have to be a fan of the music but show some respect for the artists who made it possible for you to listen to the music you like so very much today.

The Big Krit album is legit.

I’ve been listening to the shite out of BROCKHAMPTON lately and really enjoy their vibe. Here’s a decent example of their stuff. I’m just a sucker for the wu tang, odd Future, black hippie type posse track like below.

LINK

I’ve hated on mumble rap and then on 21 Savage and Kodak black and all of the last two Freshman classes, but some of that shite has grown on me. I’m still a backpacker at heart though and will always prefer some flow with substance and style.
